KPC Filtech offers variety of Filter Elements types like fiber wound, pleated membrane, wedge wire, sintered metal, melt blown, stainless steel mesh, etc. to successfully remove fine particles down to 0.01 microns.

KPC Filtech also offers validation documents of Pleated synthetic media filter elements for use in pre-filter, final filter, and sub micronic membrane filters wherever applicable.

Besides having regenerable properties, Metallic filter elements like sintered SS and multi-layered SS mesh are ideal for applications calling for temperature resistance, high strength, and excellent corrosion.

To yield result for longer life and higher flow rates, the fibre wound, and melt blown filter elements have high dirt holding capacity and true graded density. Sterile grade filter elements are designed to withstand multiple in line stream sterilization cycles or can be autoclaved.
